We will exchange or refund as appropriate. Goods should be returned within 14 days. You are liable for the cost of returning non-faulty items. Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time, and we will gladly refund or replace, including any carriage charges. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all packages, as Dinkyclub.com cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

What payment methods do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, JCB, Diners Club, Switch, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards. We only debit your card upon despatch of the goods. Please send cheques, postal orders or bankers drafts made payable to "Dinkyclub.com"
N.B. Cheques may take up to 7 working days for bank clearance.

Our NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, in addition to your statutory rights, ensures that if within 30 days you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and provided they are returned in their original packaging, unused we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. No questions, no arguments, no problem. Damaged goods must be notified on receipt and arrangements made concerning return/replacement.

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible, all damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product.

We will refund money paid for products returned to us in their original packaging.
