We will exchange or refund as appropriate. Goods should be returned within 14 days. You are liable for the cost of returning non-faulty items. Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time, and we will gladly refund or replace, including any carriage charges. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all packages, as Dinkyclub.com cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

No questions, no arguments, no problem. Damaged goods must be notified on receipt and arrangements made concerning return/replacement.

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible, all damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product.
We will refund money paid for products returned to us in their original packaging.
